Emily Sarneso is the primary maintainer and principal designer and
implementor of super_mediator.  All features and implementation have been
implemented by Emily Sarneso.

Chris Inacio worked on an initial sketch of the super_mediator tool for
FloCon.  Brian Trammel initiated development of the underlying fixbuf
library and worked on IPFIX mediator requirements and needs in the IETF
IPFIX working group.
